The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading, coordinating, and securing high-quality, profitable bids from opportunity stage through to formal tender submission and internal Handover. This role is central to the initial customer experience. Leading external client communications, overseeing the tender process, allocating works packages to the estimating team, coordinating input from the Technical, Operations, Commercial and Finance teams, and managing vendor and subcontractor quotations. The aim is to ensure that every bid is:
