The Role As Centre Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of a busy business centre. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth – particularly across flexible, short‑term, and ancillary income streams. You’ll be a visible presence in the centre, leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards of the brand. What You’ll Be Doing Customer Experience & SalesDeliver outstanding customer service that drives satisfaction, retention, and advocacyConduct professional tours and manage the full sales journey from enquiry to closeBuild strong, long‑term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and eventsResolve issues swiftly and effectively, always aiming to exceed expectations Commercial PerformanceDrive sales activity to meet and exceed revenue and occupancy targetsMaximise income from non‑traditional revenue streams (“fast cash”)Track performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvementWork closely with marketing teams on local campaigns to increase visibility and demand  Operations & ComplianceOversee smooth daily operations, including opening/closing and service standardsEnsure health & safety compliance and maintain a clean, professional environmentCoordinate maintenance and facilities requirements to keep the centre running seamlessly  Leadership & Team DevelopmentSupervise and support Centre Operations AssistantsLead onboarding, training, and ongoing developmentConduct regular one‑to‑ones, performance reviews, and coaching conversationsManage rotas and ensure appropriate cover at all times Financial & Reporting SupportAssist with budget management, forecasting, and P&L performanceMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulationsYou’ll be someone who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people.
