Business Development Manager – Clifton  Basic Salary: £32,000OTE: £38,000+Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm (no weekends)Location: Clifton, Bristol   The Opportunity  Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join a successful and fast-moving lettings team based in Clifton, covering Clifton, City Centre, Henleaze and Westbury-on-Trym.  This role is ideal for someone with strong valuation and instruction-winning experience who is commercially sharp, thrives on results, and enjoys building long-term landlord relationships in a competitive market.   What You’ll Be Doing  Winning new instructions through accurate rental valuations Driving new business and growing managed and let-only portfolios Building trusted, long-term relationships with landlords Negotiating offers and managing landlord and tenant queries professionally Taking ownership of day-to-day business performance within your area Implementing local strategies to increase market share and visibility Driving performance and supporting team growth Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation, systems and processes Playing a key role in a high-energy, service-driven office culture Consistently meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs and targets    About You  Confident, ambitious, and motivated by results Proven experience winning instructions through lettings valuations and negotiations Commercially astute with a strong eye for growth opportunities Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities A proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team Excellent communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills Quick to adapt and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive market Solid understanding of lettings legislation and compliance, or a genuine desire to develop expertise    What’s in It for You  £32,000 basic salary Realistic OTE of £38,000+, including pooled commission and individual performance incentives Company car considered 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service Paid-for social events and a vibrant team culture Industry-leading training, coaching and development CePAP qualification funding and ongoing professional support Access to an exclusive employee rewards platform Genuine long-term career progression within a high-profile business If you are interested please click APPLY  …
