To effectively lead and manage the sales executives and Sales Account Manager Key Responsibilities: To proactively manage and develop revenue from new business leads To proactively develop and maintain relationships with key accounts To proactively manage the team to contact lapsed clients during trough periods. To drive sales and the team to drive sales to achieve, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets To work as part of a team and lead by example To train, monitor, motivate and develop the sales team To provide updated weekly forecasts, BOB (business on the books) when required To drive the referral system and refer business as appropriate to Central Sales To coordinate all enquiries generated from email, telephone, online, 3rd party resources and agencies To manage the Delphi booking and CRM system. Ensuring the team is inputting information to the agreed standards to produce accurate reporting.
