As an Account Manager (Customer Success Manager), you will work in the education technology industry, you will be closely collaborating with our customers and sales teams to understand their unique needs and provide them with exceptional support and guidance. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within our organisation.
