Job Description:Great opportunity for an experienced cost and operational accountant work within a growing organisation and strong team. Prepare and analyse detailed cost reports to support decision-making processes. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Provide accurate financial forecasts and variance analysis. Collaborate with different departments to enhance cost efficiency. Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Support management with strategic planning and financial insights. Identify opportunities to optimise operational costs within the industrial/manufacturing processes. ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent Experience in cost management within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools. Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Competitive salary ranging from £52,000 to £55,000. Early Friday finish transitioning into a hybrid working model. Permanent position in a professional and supportive work environment. Located in Tredegar with opportunities to grow within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
