We are delighted to be working with this ambitious alternative legal services provider (ALSP) who are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive new business generation and lead a high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver go-to-market strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
We are looking for an experienced business development professional with understanding and ideally some experience in the ALSP world, ability to manage sales cycles from prospecting to close and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will have a background in consulting-led sales, particularly within legal, professional services, or adjacent sectors. You will have a proven track record of engaging and selling to senior stakeholders such as General Counsel, Heads of Legal Operations, and law firms. Your experience should include leading sales or business development teams, consistently hitting sales targets, and securing new client relationships.
