Director of FP&A | London (Office-Based)
Location: Hammersmith, London
We’re looking for a commercially minded Director of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and performance insight across a multi-site, international hospitality business backed by private equity and entering an exciting growth phase.
This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior leadership to drive decision-making, enhance performance visibility, and build scalable FP&A processes to support expansion.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver clear, actionable performance analysis and KPI reporting
- Partner with operational teams to drive revenue, margin, and efficiency
- Build robust financial models to support growth and investment decisions
- Enhance reporting and analytics (Power BI, data-led insights)
- Develop and scale the FP&A function
✔ Must have proven FP&A leadership in a multi-site hospitality environment.
✔ Strong modelling, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Experience in fast-paced or PE-backed businesses advantageous
✔ Systems & technology-savvy – familiarity with tools such as Power BI
