Position Overview

You will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the residential property department. You will oversee a team of 5 – 7, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care and efficient conveyancing services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Oversee and mentor a department, providing guidance and support
  • Implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance department efficiency
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for department growth and expansion
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of outstanding client care

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years' experience in residential property
  • Excellent IT and technology skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
  • Proven track record in residential conveyancing and department growth
