As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and deploy production ML models that influence thousands of daily operational decisions across a large multi‑site network.

What you’ll work on

• Scalable ML models for demand forecasting, labour optimisation, and quality‑of‑service insights
• ML predictive systems that drive real‑time operational actions
• MLOps, deployment workflows, monitoring, and model performance tuning
• Cross‑functional collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams

What you bring

• Strong foundations in maths, statistics, and applied ML
• Python, SQL, and distributed data tooling (Airflow, Spark, PyTorch)
• Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Lambda) and modern MLOps practices
• Understanding of CI/CD, data quality, and versioning
