Job Role:
- Use product knowledge to guide clients in product selection.
- Provide quotes for actuators, motors, drives and systems to potential customers.
- Provide technical support information.
- To formulate technical commercial solutions from customer enquiries.
- Aim to respond in a timely manner (<24hrs) to technical enquiries.
- Liaise with the customer and engineering to ensure the customer receives the appropriate support.
- Help to ensure that the departments KPI’s are met.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure that prospective and existing clients are targeted with relevant marketing collateral.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
Key Skills:
- The ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Able to plan and organise your own workload.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent work ethic & attendance.
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
- Able to use ERP System to support the job role.
- Able to use CRM Tool to support the job role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field Aerospace Engineering, Physics is a advantage
