Join a high-performing operations technology team supporting one of the most active players in the BPA market, where you’ll help scale a new offering in a growing part of the pensions risk transfer space.

Working at the intersection of product, operations and technology, you’ll support a proprietary platform used to manage buy-ins, reinsurance and related transactions. You’ll support the onboarding and implementation of new transactions onto the internal platform, helping ensure the setup is operationally robust and scalable as deal volumes increase.

Working with teams across the business, you’ll refine requirements, support solution design, configure trades within the system and carry out testing to ensure cash flows and outputs behave as expected. You’ll also contribute to building processes and procedures that allow the business to operate more efficiently as it expands further into this part of the market.

What you’ll need

  • Experience within buy-ins, BPA, reinsurance or pensions risk transfer
  • Strong understanding of product mechanics and cash flow behaviour
  • Experience in a business analysis, product, operations, technology or implementation role
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across Actuarial, Engineering and operational teams
