Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day administration of client portfolios with minimal supervision
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisors, bankers, and third parties
- Maintain accurate client records, registers, and statutory documentation
- Maintain task lists and monitor outstanding matters across the portfolio
- Support team coordination and contribute to efficient team operations
- Coordinate statutory filings and ensure regulatory deadlines are met
- Support complex transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
- Oversee payment processes, cash movements, drawdowns and distributions
- Support client onboarding and due diligence documentation
- Liaise with the accounts team to ensure client deliverables are completed on time
