Pulse is a UX research and competitive benchmarking platform for financial services teams. It helps banks and fintechs see what “best-in-class” looks like by giving them access to a global library of real user journeys and benchmarking insights so they can build better digital products and customer experiences.
Pulse is used by teams across product, design, UX, strategy, and insights to benchmark experiences, de-risk roadmap decisions, and stay on top of what’s changing across global financial services.
