Exciting Opportunity: New/Used Car Sales Executive in Swansea Our Client, a reputable family-run vehicle dealership group, is seeking a dedicated New/Used Car Sales Executive to join their busy franchise-approved dealership in Swansea.

Working hours
Monday to Friday, with a scheduled day off in the week and every other weekend off (alternating 6-day and 4-day work weeks).
Duties
- Selling new and used cars, accessories, finance options, and warranties to meet and surpass sales targets
- Keeping customers informed regarding delivery schedules and handling delays
- Resolving customer queries effectively and collecting payments before car handover
- Explaining warranty and service arrangements and introducing customers to the Service Department team
- Demonstrating vehicle features and providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process
- Building strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar role within the motor trade; applications from trainees will not be considered
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Focused on results, with a professional attitude and dedication to excellence
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting customer relationships
- Passionate about working within the automotive industry and contributing to team success
