We are looking for an organised, team player to join our team in Bury as a part time administrator. The main purpose of the post is to provide efficient and responsive administration support for our Bury Support services. A high standard of customer care and professionalism is required at all times. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who shows proficiency in the following areas:
- Filing, Scanning / archiving documents.
- Timesheets (collating timesheets / submissions / chasing)
- Proficiency in using Excel is essential
- Generating Analysis from data provided
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Answer and transferring calls professionally
- General office duties as and when required
- Visiting the Bury services (full, clean driving licence preferable but not required)
This is a part-time role of 22.5 hours per week which can be worked flexibly over a period of 3 days.
Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
