They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their passionate team of industry experts to fuel future success.In this role, the successful candidate will manage the commercial lifecycle of projects by ensuring accurate cost planning, leading contract negotiations, and mitigating risks. This role involves conducting on-site estimations and implementing new financial systems to drive efficiency. You will handle a diverse workload with autonomy, balancing technical cost analysis with strategic partner management.This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with a strong background within the UK construction sector working on commercial, industrial or heavy civils projects, and good knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts.
