We are working in partnership with an established and expanding provider of children’s residential care and education to recruit a Registered Manager for a 3-bed SEMH children’s home based in Wolverhampton.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and strong regulatory compliance. You will lead, develop and motivate a stable staff team, embed a positive culture, and deliver positive outcomes for young people with SEMH needs.

Key responsibilities include:

* Overall management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations

* Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team

* Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care planning and outcomes

* Maintaining compliance and inspection readiness

* Building strong relationships with placing authorities, professionals and families

The Ideal Candidate

* An experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up

* Strong knowledge of SEMH and children’s residential care

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

* Confident leading teams and managing compliance

* Passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes
