We don’t do standard media buys. We build culturally disruptive, 360‑degree campaigns—and we are looking for a brilliant, plugged‑in Brand Partnerships Manager to help us take our Sports & Lifestyle category to the next level.

The Role: This is an amazing opportunity for a commercially minded, culturally fluent self-starter. We need someone who lives and breathes sports, fitness, and lifestyle culture, and knows exactly how to connect those worlds with brand budgets.

You won’t be waiting around for inbound briefs. You’ll be proactively taking our brand to market, pitching ideas you actually care about, and turning cultural moments into high-value partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving Real Impact: You’ll take true ownership of the Sports & Lifestyle category, with an exciting mandate to generate £500k – £1m+ in partnership revenue within your first 6–9 months.
  • Leveraging Your Network: You’ll tap into your existing black book of tier‑1 sports brands and agency contacts, opening doors to create meaningful, original activations.
  • Ideation & Pitching: You’ll spot upcoming trends in the sports and wellness space, collaborate with our creative teams, and build proactive pitches that clients simply can’t say no to.
  • Owning the Room: From that initial coffee to negotiating the final premium budget, you’ll lead the conversation, ensuring our brand is always top‑of‑mind.
  • Managing the Pipeline: You’ll keep things running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes, forecasting accurately, communicating clearly, and ensuring campaigns are handed over beautifully to the production team.

  • You’ve done this before: You have a proven, undeniable track record of closing high-value media and creative partnerships, scaling up to the £500k+ mark within a year.
  • You’re deeply embedded in the culture: You don’t just consume Gen‑Z media; you understand it. You know exactly how sports, streetwear, and youth culture intersect right now.
  • You’re a natural self-starter: You have a tenacious, solution-first attitude. You kick off conversations, find the budget, and make things happen.
  • You’re highly efficient: You balance relationship-building with sharp pipeline management and solid organizational skills.
  • You’re a storyteller: You can write beautifully for commercial purposes, craft a visually compelling deck, and present it with confidence and ease.

  • Three or more years of experience in sales
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Has a proven record of excellent writing for commercial purposes
  • Will possess a strong awareness of the worlds of sport, luxury lifestyle, fitness, and their trends
  • Will have a thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen‑Z, such as TikTok
  • Will have a positive and solution-first attitude
  • Solve issues in a positive manner
  • Is active on LinkedIn and aims to grow their own network and represent the company at all times
  • Has the ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity
  • Is extremely dynamic and eager to learn new skills
  • Has a professional approach when dealing with clients, vendors and contractors

Skills :

  • You will be a natural target focused closer of deals
  • Naturally creative and can ideate using the latest insights and signals in culture
  • Can make critical decisions regarding targets, etc.
  • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
  • Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
  • Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Keynote, etc.
  • Able to take initiative and pitch original ideas
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Project and campaign management skills
  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing plans
  • Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts
