- Run the kitchen smoothly alongside the Head Chef

- Take ownership of stock, systems, and safety

What You’ll Need:
- Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous experience in a busy kitchen
- Passion for bold, high-quality food and fast service
- Calm, confident, and decisive under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid grasp of kitchen systems, safety, and structure
