Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Occupational Health Nurse to join our occupational health team in Warrington. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality occupational health service, supporting the health, wellbeing, and safety of employees across a range of organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional occupational health advice to managers and employees
Conduct management referrals and occupational health assessments
Deliver health surveillance programmes
Undertake fitness for work assessments
Provide case management for sickness absence and complex cases
Promote workplace health and wellbeing initiatives
Ensure compliance with occupational health legislation and best practice
Requirements
Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
Occupational Healthqualification or equivalent experience
Experience working in occupational health, including case management and management referrals
Strong report writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
