Job Description

Assist the management team with building the work/office procedures as the practice continues to expand.

Directly responsible for working with clients on all stages of the financial reporting and tax process.

Manage and develop junior staff.

Report directly to the MD.

Have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

ACA or ACCA qualification

Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and tax compliance.

Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Previous experience in an UK accountancy practice.
