Job Description:Orchestrate delivery of Revenue UAT to production deployment Manage pod velocity and capacity planning across multiple workstreams Facilitate collaboration between client teams and embedded pod resources Report progress and risks to client Data Leadership Drive knowledge transfer and sustainability practices Coordinate transition between capacity and SOW-based work 8+ years leading agile data engineering teams in enterprise environments Proven experience scaling delivery pods from 5-15 resources Hands-on experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Redshift) Track record of transitioning between capacity-based and fixed-price SOW delivery models Experience managing data platform modernization projects from EDW to lakehouse architectures Airline or transportation industry experience SAFe or other scaled agile certifications Experience with Matillion ETL PMP certification
