Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? Aspire People are working with a fantastic specialist provision in Milton Keynes that supports children aged 3-11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs.

This nurturing and well-resourced setting provides personalised education for pupils who thrive in a smaller, structured learning environment. The school is looking for a dedicated teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis, supporting a class of learners with a formal curriculum approach.

Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ individual needs.* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every learner can succeed.* Use a range of evidence-based strategies such as TEACCH, visual supports, and sensory approaches.* Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic pupil support.* Contribute to the ongoing development of the provision through reflection and teamwork.

Key Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.* Experience working with children with ASC or other additional needs.* A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.* A genuine commitment to helping every pupil achieve their potential.
