Job Description:Qualified Management Accountant in Greenford Great development and exposure on offer Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning. Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting variances and trends. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies. Provide financial advice and support to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and trustees. Support the year-end audit process by preparing relevant documentation. A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Experience in the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment is desirable. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum. Permanent position with opportunities for professional growth.
