Our client is an award winning, established SME property consultancy, specialising in the mixed-use residential arena – BTR, student accomodation, later living & private JV / LA Housing developer specialists. They continue to carve out a fantastic delivery reputation in London & South East market, and their thirst for expansion continues with a growing project demands!

They’ve quickly become a headline grabbing business, now employing an impressive staff, they’ve hired quickly & diligently too! Over the past three years, projects under management have increased significantly with projects now ranging between £5- to over m – typically heavy refurbishments or bespoke new build schemes working alongside top rated architects. Urgently, they’re seeking to hire an Assistant Project Manager, ideally with some residential experience to help manage a heavy workload amongst various clients /projects.

Candidates willing to apply must have a Surveying degree (RICS accredited & UK awarded), ideally a BSc or MSc in Construction Project Management with a minimum of months UK PQS / consultancy experience to date. In an expectant progressive role, you will support an Associate Director / Senior Project Manager on a range of projects with a view to building responsibility towards involvement in larger schemes with greater levels of client accountability.

Other applicant requirements: 

  • MUST have full working eligibility in UK (our client cannot support those requiring a new VISA or VISA transfers)
  • BSc in Surveying / Construction Project Management / Engineering or Architecture degree – with Honors accreditation for APC pathway.
  • Minimum months full time (post-graduation) professional consultancy experience
  • Effective communicator and enthusiastic character.
  • Understanding general principles of project planning / development / risk / cost control.
  • Understanding of project programs and critical paths
  • Good MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Remuneration packages include a starting salary of up to £, + Pension (5% matched) + Private Health + Life Assurance + Bonus (discretionary up to %) + days annual leave + APC development and RICS fees paid + Hybrid working policy, 1 day per week based from home
