Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Agency Senior Care Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in a residential settings in the Cwmbran area. As a Senior Care Worker, you will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our service users.
