We are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large, modern manufacturing facility near Lincoln (Anwick).
This Electrical Maintenance Engineer role focuses on maintaining production equipment, responding to plant breakdowns and delivering planned maintenance across a high-volume automated manufacturing environment.
If you are a Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Shift Engineer or Multi Skilled Engineer, this role offers a technically varied environment working on automated machinery and industrial electrical systems.
The Role Electrical Maintenance Engineer
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will provide critical engineering support to the production team, ensuring plant reliability and minimising downtime.
You will be responsible for:
Responding quickly and safely to plant breakdowns Fault finding and repairing automated production machinery Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Maintaining equipment to optimise plant performance Supporting production to achieve factory performance targets Recording engineering labour and parts usage within the SAP maintenance system Working with both single and three phase electrical systems
The focus of the role is improving equipment reliability, availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) across the factory. xwzovoh

What We’re Looking For
The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will typically have:
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering or equivalent Industrial electrical maintenance experience Strong electrical fault finding skills Experience in manufacturing, production or factory environments Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Desirable Experience
Experience with any of the following is beneficial:
PLC fault finding SCADA systems Automated production machinery Lean manufacturing environments Food manufacturing or FMCG production 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification
