- Proven experience as a GM or AGM in a busy restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- A passion for great food, great service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confidence in managing operations, rota planning, stock, suppliers, and daily service.

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service.
- Recruit, train, and develop the front‑of‑house team.
- Work closely with the kitchen and ownership to maintain consistency and quality.
- Manage stock, ordering, and suppliers.
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing requirements.
