The role — what the Year 1 Teacher will doAs Year 1 Teacher, you will plan and deliver systematic phonics, lively guided reading sessions and creative writing units. The Year 1 Teacherwill develop number confidence and independent learning skills. The Year 1 Teacher will use assessment to personalise learning and run targeted interventions to accelerate progress.
