Factory Labourer – Flitwick

Newstaff Employment is hiring a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer in Flitwick to support day-to-day factory operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and keen to contribute to smooth and efficient production processes.

Location: FlitwickSalary: £12.21 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pmJob Type: Temporary / Ongoing

Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products

Support production line activities and assembly processes

Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe

Follow instructions and adhere to all health & safety guidelines

Report equipment faults or operational issues promptly

Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous factory or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Safety-focused approach to work
