Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, and senior leadership to optimise operational outcomes Proven experience leading operations within high-speed, high-volume manufacturing. Strong people leadership capability with a track record of building high-performing teams. Experience managing multi-product, multi-customer manufacturing environments. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency. Confident, visible leader able to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels.
