Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in supplier relationship management. A relevant qualification in procurement or supply chain management.
