This role focuses on outbound appointment generation while developing advanced commercial skills through training, shadowing, and early-stage opportunity management. Responsibilities

  • Generate high volumes of qualified appointments through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand client needs, timelines, and potential fit before handover.
  • Prepare prospects for engagement and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Manage a small early-stage pipeline and follow up until handover to Business Development Managers.
  • Mentor new team members and contribute to role plays, best practice sharing, and team development.

  • Proven experience in lead generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and questioning skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
