Overview
We’re recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a premium menswear boutique in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail Assistant Store Manager who enjoys leading by example, coaching teams to exceed targets, and delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll play a key role in driving sales, maximising KPIs, and creating a positive, high-energy store environment. The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Deliver first-class customer service and maintain a winning team culture
- Support product knowledge and sales training across the team
- Oversee daily store operations, administration, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and security procedures
- Support stock management, visual standards, and operational excellence
About You
- Previous experience as a Assistant Store Manger, Supervisor or Key Holder in a retail environment
- Passionate about customer service and team development
- Confident coaching and improving individual KPI performance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance sales and service
- Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
