Estimator/Senior Estimator

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a busy team in Doncaster. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills while contributing to varied projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Review and appraise enquiries, maintain registers, and prepare tender files.
• Conduct site visits to assess work scope, conditions, and requirements.
• Liaise with clients to develop outline designs, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Take off quantities, assign resources, and prepare tender prices.
• Submit estimates, respond to queries, and support pre-award and contract handovers.

Requirements

• Minimum grade C in Maths and English; A-level passes or equivalent.
• Attention to detail, methodical approach, and strong organisation skills.
• Commercial awareness with communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
