Responsibilities
- Lead operations for an expanding luxury hospitality group with two sites; work with the founders to add value across the business.
Qualifications
- Hands-on candidate who has operated in restaurants at a senior level; understands how restaurants and/or hotels work from the ground up.
- Comfortable implementing procedures and processes; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with branded and independent operations in a quality-forward environment; strong passion for brand, quality food and wine; guest-obsessed and dynamic in approach.
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to change.
- Aspiring yet reliable and loyal; seeking stability and progression within the CV.
