Security Install Engineer – CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms

Location: M4 Corridor

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Overtime

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Role & Responsibilities

• Installation of IP CCTV systems, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms
• Field-based role covering commercial and residential sites along the M4 Corridor
• Working with a range of leading security manufacturers and systems
• Ensuring installations meet high-quality and compliance standards
• Maintaining excellent communication with customers at all times
• Completing work efficiently and accurately
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to team success when required

Skills & Experience Required

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience installing CCTV, Access Control, and/or Intruder Alarm systems
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience within the security industry (desirable but not essential)
• Candidates with experience in one or two disciplines encouraged to apply; training provided
• Familiarity with multiple security system manufacturers
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)

• IPAF
• CSCS / ECS
• FIA Units
• City & Guilds (Security Systems or Electrical)
