Overview
We’re looking for someone to build the talent operating system behind Seer, one of the world’s leading Frontier Technology recruitment agencies.
Over the next 3 years, we plan to double the size of the business, and we need the right person to design the systems and attract the talent that will make that happen.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and optimising our ATS
- Designing scalable recruitment processes
- Building a career development framework and strategic hiring plan
- Creating the infrastructure that supports rapid growth
- You’ll work directly with the founders to build the engine that powers our next stage of growth.
Qualifications
- This role is ideal for someone who has:
- Implemented or managed an ATS
- Built recruitment or talent operations processes
- Experience in a high-growth recruitment or staffing environment
