Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Multi-Trader to join their ever-expanding team. The work is within social housing, mostly doing all legal disrepair work and voids.

Responsibilities

• Perform disrepair work and void repairs within social housing properties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5 years experience
• Experience working within social housing
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Full UK driving licence

Details

Location: London & surrounding areas

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year, DoE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
