Our client, a leading specialist insolvency practice in St Albans, is seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and bankruptcies
- Ensure efficient case progression and completion, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members, offering guidance and support to junior administrators
- Liaise with stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and other professionals
- Conduct investigations, asset realizations, and prepare detailed reports for the Insolvency Practitioner
- Contribute to business development activities and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- CPI qualification is desirable, but not essential
