Roc Search are looking for Full Stack Engineers for a brand new Greenfield Build
This is a start-up venture within a well-established advertising agency. The role can be remote first with weekly or bi-weekly meetups in London
The company launching a brand-new product platform – and they’re building it from scratch.
This is a true 0–1, greenfield opportunity. No legacy code. No patching old systems. You’ll shape architecture, engineering standards, cloud infrastructure and technical direction from day one.
Current stack (flexible if you have slightly different):
AWS or GCP | Docker | Kubernetes | Kafka
Experience needed:
✅ 5+ years building production systems
✅ Ideally Experience with Python
✅ Experience in greenfield/start-up-style environments
✅ Strong cloud experience (AWS or GCP)
✅ Infrastructure as Code (Terraform ideal)
✅ Some Frontend experience
Salary is £70-80k plus below benefits:
