Children’s Home Registered Manager

Overview

Location: Bradford BD9

Salary: Starting salary £60,000 per annum plus performance related bonuses

Hours: Full time — Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet service needs

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Full operational and regulatory responsibility for the children’s home
• Lead, manage and develop a stable and high performing staff team
• Ensure safeguarding, care planning and outcomes are consistently met
• Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, policies and legislation
• Drive continuous improvement and embed a strong, child centred culture
• Manage budgets, occupancy and external stakeholder relationships

Essential Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
• Confident leadership and staff development capability
• Full UK driving licence
