Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead @ High-Growth Consumer Platform

Location: Fully Remote (UK) - London meet-ups every 1–3 months

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A fast-growing UK consumer platform is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of paid acquisition and scale growth across key channels. Performance marketing has historically been heavily driven by Google and SEO, with Meta also performing strongly for their core demographic. The next step is bringing a senior, hands-on performance expert into the team who can scale acquisition, improve efficiency and build the foundations for a best-in-class growth function.

This role will work closely with the Head of Growth, owning the day-to-day performance engine while helping shape strategy and future team structure. If you enjoy getting into the weeds of performance marketing, scaling budgets, and building something properly from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta
• Drive performance across channels including Search, PMAX, Display, YouTube and Paid Social
• Take full ownership of campaign structure, optimisation, testing and performance reporting
• Build and maintain clear performance reporting and insights for leadership
• Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with growth goals
• Identify new channel opportunities and experimentation frameworks
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to shape long-term performance strategy

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads (especially PMAX and Search)
• Solid experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale
• Proven ability to optimise performance marketing funnels and improve CAC
• Experience managing and scaling meaningful paid media budgets
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
• Comfortable operating autonomously and taking full ownership of performance channels
