Electrical Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management team, supporting a variety of commercial properties across Northern Ireland. This Electrical Engineer role is fully mobile, based in Belfast, offering variety, autonomy, and excellent opportunities to develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical and building services maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties
• Carry out reactive and planned preventative electrical works, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Support wider building services tasks including HVAC, mechanical, and fabric maintenance
• Respond to callouts on the on-call rota as a trusted Electrical Engineer
• Monitor contractor work and ensure all electrical equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Represent the company professionally to clients, maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Significant experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance
• Experience working within FM or commercial building services
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2230 Level 3, NVQ 2356/2357, AM1/AM2, 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations)
• Full UK driving license
• BPSS clearance and ability to pass a credit check
