JOB TITLE: Multi-skilled Engineer / Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
LOCATION: Pimlico (nr Waterloo station) – Site Based/Static role
PACKAGE: £48k – £55k, mobile phone, 23 days rising to 28 annual leave + BH, overtime, pension, sick pay (full pay for the 1st month!)

Role
Our client is seeking a professional multi-skilled / Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to be based full time on a site in the Pimlico area. The role involves building and nurturing a relationship with the client and ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner. This is a site-based position with potential for progression as the on-site team grows.
Responsibilities
- Undertake maintenance works such as electrical PPMs, including lighting and emergency lighting testing/remedials.
- Handle electrical maintenance along with mechanical and HVAC maintenance.
- Contribute to ongoing site operations and client relationship management.

The business operates a team of both site-based and mobile engineers and has secured multiple new contracts, expanding the team. Candidate Information
- Experience working on electrical/mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts, with good knowledge of electrical maintenance and compliance.
- Experience with plant room maintenance, pipework, HVAC service and maintenance.
- HVAC/mechanical/electrical and building services knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience with PPMs and site compliance.
- Aiming for a long-term opportunity; additional training may be offered to the right person.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role on contracts of a similar nature; high-end site requires professional, smart, well-presented individuals with excellent time-keeping.
