Overview

Position: Production Manager (Large Format Digital Print)

Location: Kent

Salary: £40k – £55k (Negotiable depending on experience)

Company: Suppliers of high-quality large format printing services for a wide range of display solutions, events, window graphics & POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Production Manager to supervise and support the production team
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process
• Maintaining the operational effectiveness of the production workflow schedules
• Managing production staff, working with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimisation and cost-efficient production methods
• Comply with Company health and safety procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Resolve any production related issues or delays, communicating effectively with all staff
• Working with the senior management team

Essential Criteria

• Experience with large format digital print production
• Methodical and thorough approach to tasks
• Managerial experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised, confident working to deadlines
