What you will do as a Nurse Manager

• Taking direction from the Regional Manager, provide leadership, support and guidance to the Management Team on a range of clinical, financial and personnel issues
• Support managers in underperforming homes and develop affective action plans to achieve business quality/ compliance targets.
• Oversee the management of a home during the absence of the Home Manager and support newly appointed managers ensuring a smooth transition.

What you will need

• Qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD
• 3-4 experience in a similar role
• Active NMC Pin
• Demonstrable understanding of the issues and tasks involved in the management of nursing homes for example Human Resources and Cost control.
• A valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle OR access to a form or transport which enables the post holder to fulfil the duties of the post.
