Overview
Exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised membership organisation in a revenue-focused sales role driving enrolment for a flagship programme with immediate start preferred.
This is a target-driven position focused on generating pipeline, converting qualified leads and closing individual delegate bookings. The role is designed to deliver immediate revenue impact within a defined 6-month period (potential to go permanent).
Hybrid working – 2 days in Central London, 3 from home
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed enrolment and revenue targets for a specific leadership programme.
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed delegate bookings.
- Generate new prospects through outbound outreach, database reactivation.
- Conduct structured sales calls with senior professionals to understand needs and position the programme effectively.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting.
- Work closely with colleagues to maximise campaign follow-up and lead conversion.
- Represent the organisation professionally in all sales interactions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a target-driven sales role, ideally within professional development, training, education or membership.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle and closing individual deals.
- Strong telephone presence and ability to build rapport quickly with senior professionals.
- Confident handling objections and value-based discussions.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a performance-focused environment.
- Professional, credible and aligned with a purpose-led organisation.
