Job Description This temp Part Time HR Assistant role ensures accurate and timely administration of people / HR processes, supporting the effective delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle. This includes providing administrative and transactional support for recruitment, onboarding, contractual administration, exits, and employee relations casework for both substantive and atypical appointments. Your new role- First line support for employees, managers, and candidates; Administer recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and leaver processes.- Process contractual changes and maintain compliant HR records.- Provide admin support for employee relations casework.- Maintain HR systems and en sure GDPR compliance.- Support learning and development admin and systems.- What you’ll need to succeedHas experience providing a professional, customer-focused first point of contactProven experience in administering end-to-end HR processesExperienced in maintaining HR systems and personnel recordsHas experience using core Microsoft Office applications and HR systems to deliver efficient and accurate administrative support.Proven track record of handling sensitive information in compliance with legal and institutional protocols, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
